Bucket Moulds

MEGA Moulds designs and produces different type of the bucket moulds, we use the Pro/E, UG for the 3D shapes, and the Moldflow is applied for the better cooling results and the simulation of the melt injection flow in order to provide the perfect final plastic buckets.

MEGA Mould provides different type of the bucket moulds:

– Beryllium Copper inserts type of the bucket mould.
– Multiple cavity for the small volume of the bucket moulds.
– Bucket mould with 360 core venting system.
– Bucket mould with In moulding labeling system.
